Licensed 310T Truck & Coach Technician
Full-Time | Starting at $47.50/hr
Sudbury, ON
Are you a skilled and licensed 310T Technician ready to take your career to the next level? Greg MacDonald Equipment Services is hiring! We're a locally trusted, family-run operation known for high standards and a great shop culture—and we’re growing our dynamic team. We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Truck & Coach Mechanic (310T Licensed) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering top-quality work.
What You'll Do:

Diagnose and repair a variety of heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment

Complete preventative maintenance and ensure MTO compliance

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
-
Use modern diagnostic tools and software to get to the root of the problem

Keep detailed, timely repair records and work orders
-
Work collaboratively with other technicians, apprentices, and service managers
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
-
Stay current with industry innovations and manufacturer updates
What You Bring:
-
Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician License
-
3+ years of hands-on experience post-apprenticeship
-
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills across multiple systems
-
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
-
Self-driven, team-oriented, and safety-focused
-
Valid G driver’s license (DZ or AZ a bonus!)
-
Basic computer skills
Bonus Assets (Not Required):

Experience with off-road or construction equipment & Mining Equipment
-
Dual ticket (310S license) or 421A
-
OEM-specific training (Cummins, CAT, International, Freightliner)

First Aid & CPR certification
